Matthew’s practice focuses on providing real world solutions for real estate issues our clients face every day. He handles all types of real estate matters, including commercial leasing, property management, purchase and sale transactions, and general corporate legal matters. In addition to practicing commercial real estate law, Matthew and Sandra actively invest in commercial real estate. This provides a business perspective that helps sharpen and focus the legal advice for their clients. 

Matthew obtained his undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University in 2006, where he was a captain of the baseball team. In 2009 he obtained his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, where he served as an editor for the Stetson Law Review, was a member of the moot court team, and graduated second in his class. His career practicing law has included working at some of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the world, including Greenberg Traurig and Holland & Knight. Prior to joining Sandra at Ransdell Law, Matthew was a Director in the legal department for a Fortune 500, publicly traded company. Matthew is licensed to practice law in Florida.

When he’s not practicing law, Matthew enjoys skiing, hiking, running, traveling, cooking, and spending time with his family.
