​​Commercial Leasing | Assist clients in the drafting and negotiation of retail, office and industrial lease agreements and related lease documents, including, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, landlord subordination agreements, and estoppels, ensuring that the terms align with the client’s business goals.

Real Estate Acquisitions and Dispositions | Facilitate all aspects of acquisitions and dispositions of commercial property including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, ordering and reviewing title and survey, abstracting leases and reciprocal easement agreements, and drafting and negotiating closing documents.

Real Estate Financing | Represent borrowers in the negotiation of letters of intent and loan documents. Assist clients with navigating the lender deliverables to achieve a smooth and timely closing.

Property Management, Operations, and Development | Draft and negotiate property management agreements, construction contracts, reciprocal easement agreements, cable access and license agreements, and other property management related documents and agreements. Assist clients with the development of standard forms for day-to-day operations (e.g., service contracts, standard terms and conditions, lease and amendment forms).
